How is shipping calculated?
We charge a standard rate (USD) depending on the destination.
Please note our shipping rates have recently changed in line with updates by our providers as follows:

At present, only standard shipping is available.
When will I get my order?
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● Continental USA and Canada: 5-9 business days (It only takes 1-3 days to process your order, however, I have noted that parcels seem to be delayed if by slowdowns with processing at Canada Post. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days. Please note shipping outside of Continental United States can take up to 7 – 12 business days.
● International: 10–30 business days. Most orders arrive within 20 business days
[Covid-19] When will I get my order?
Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It's difficult to predict the shipping times. As of January 2021, these delays were up to 3 days for Domestic shipping, caused by slowdowns in Canada Post processing.
We will update the above information as more specific estimates become available.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with a fulfillment center based in Ontario, Canada
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package - For example, Canada Post allows you to lodge a service ticket through the page: https://www.canadapost.ca/cpc/en/support/kb/receiving/mail-delivery/mail-with-tracking-number-not-delivered-what-can-i-do. I have found this can move the shipping process forward.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number. We will liaise with Printify Customer Support to ensure that any issue is speedily resolved.
How are your products made?
At present, we are using accessible platforms to develop designs, such as Canva and Creative Market. As UYE grows, Nora is learning how to create designs independently, and hopes to collaborate with local designers. We work with a print-on-demand platform that connects us with a local printer based in Ontario, Canada. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about
your tracking or shipment, contact us at email@example.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are sincerely sorry if the product you ordered arrived incorrectly or arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at email@example.com! We are hoping to expand to facilitate returns and exchanges in the future.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
